1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pa67 account. Only one account per player, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pa67, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.

pa67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of pa67 services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to register one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pa67 login credentials, including your username and password.

pa67 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your failure to notify pa67 of a security breach in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pa67 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. pa67 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your pa67 account.

Deposits are credited to your pa67 balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pa67 is not responsible for delays arising from technical issues on the part of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other third-party payment processor.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your name that matches your pa67 account details.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• pa67 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pa67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pa67 promotions include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.

All casino games available on pa67 — including slot games, live casino tables, Jacks or Better, Rummy, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms sourced from licensed game providers. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by pa67 or by the player.

By placing a wager on any pa67 casino game, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are determined by the game provider and are independent of pa67's operational settings.

pa67's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including PSL cricket, international cricket (Test, ODI, and T20 formats), football, UFC, kabaddi, and virtual sports. All bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should not be assumed to have been placed.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be settled, provided your bet was confirmed before any odds change took effect. pa67 is not liable for display errors in odds due to data feed latency.
• Void bets: pa67 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions. Stakes on voided bets are returned in full.

• Suspicious activity: pa67 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information use, or any other form of irregular betting activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pa67. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on pa67 or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pa67's games, sportsbook, or any other feature of the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Using pa67 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker rooms, or any competitive game format available on pa67.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with pa67's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith without first raising the matter through pa67's official support channels.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

pa67 reserves the right to terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that the account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct. Upon termination for cause, all pending withdrawals and account balances may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if a breach is confirmed.

9. Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa67 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with your device or network.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pa67 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses incurred during periods of technical malfunction outside pa67's direct control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the pa67 platform.
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, or failures in payment processing by third-party providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
